When customer attempts to print a document from IE 7, the browser freezes and the print dialog never displays. This started after sustomer upgraded JVM to 1.6_xx. If you scroll the page to where the applet displays first, it prints, if you go into the java cosole and disable the “use next generation java plugin” the problem goes away. Neither of these workarounds are sufficient for this customer. Tried creating a service request via the IBM website for this Passport Advantage customer and It will not allow me to continue until the customer responds to a relationship request. What a fiasco! Anyone seen this or better yet have a better solution than crippling the JVM?
