Hi. I have user who want to print the emails that she sends out. WHen she prints them she is not seeing all the persons to who the email was sent. A number of persons in the To and CC fields do not get printed. She would like to have all names printed. Do you know how this can be done? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

File – Preferences – User Preferences – Basics tab – Additional Options – check “Expand Names field contents when printing”
