Printing Calendar Entries in Lotus Notes

Hi all,

Does anybody know of a way to print the Calendar Entries in Lotus Notes in the same format as the Meeting Threads View?

For example:

When I print the Meeting Threads and select the “Selected View” under “What to Print”, it prints it in a listed fashion.

I would like to do the same to all my Calendar Entries. I have been trying to mess around with the options but cannot print it the same way as the Meeting Threads View.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi Andrew,try the following

In the Calendar view in the Formatting option select Summarize - this will list all calender entries as summarized

Then select File - >Print and select the option “Selected Frame Only” as what to print.

This prints the calendar entries as a list
