Print views in Mac

In Windows client it is possible to print views because there is a selection box for it. In Mac that selection is not available. It is possible to do it any other way?

Thanks and best regards

Yes, it’s possible on the Mac. Mac print options are strange; they use the Mac dialog rather than a Notes dialog. Here’s how (this is on OSX, running Notes 6.5

  1. Open the Print dialog (either Command-P or File/Print.)

  2. There are three drop-downs: Printers, Presets, and an unlabeled one whose default choice is Copies & Pages.

  3. In the Copies & Pages dropdown, choose Notes.

  4. Click the Notes Options button. This opens the Notes print options dialog, which is fairly similar to the Windows print options.

  5. On the Printer tab, choose Selected View from the What to Print section.

  6. Click OK to get out of the Notes print options, then click Print in the Mac print dialog.
