My company recently upgraded from Notes v. 5.08 to 7.02. In a database containing persons belonging to several adress/mailinglists, we sometime use a categorized view to print out list of selected persons, e.g. for checking their attandance at a meeting for a group.
Some of the persons may belong to several groups, and therefore will show up 2 or more times in a view categorized by group. When printing from version five, I could select a given person only once in a given group (print view), and Notes would print only this instance. In version seven, Notes insists on printing all instances of the same person, one line each - is ther any way to get it back to the old way ?
