Preview Calendar in Welcome page - no entries

HI,

One of the new feature of Notes Client 8 is the Right-Pane preview. This pane can allow to see Sametime, widget, and Calendar…

One of my user doesn’t see any entries in this Calendar preview pane. The Calendar section exist but no entry appear. The other preiew section are fine.

How can I resolve this?

Where can I see the config of this prevew pane?

From your description, it seems that you referring to the Day-At-A-Glance calendar which shows in the “Shelf Area”.

Can your user confirm that they actually have calendar entries on the day being displayed in the DAAG Calendar?

If the user opens their main calendar application, do they see calendar entries there?

Typically, the DAAG calendar displays data from the user’s mail file as specified in the current Location Document. You can bring up the Database Properties infobox for the DAAG Calendar and confirm that the user is looking at the desired mail database replica.

Does closing and reopening the DAAG calendar resolve the problem?

From the main menu.

Deselect View->Right Sidebar Panels->Day-At-A-Glance

And then reselect the same menu choice.

Does switching the DAAG calendar into and out of summarized mode fix the problem?

Is the user displaying unread calendar entries only?

Place the keyboard focus within the DAAG calendar.

From the main menu, ensure that the following is not checked.

View->Show->Unread Only
