Is there any way to prevent my mail as a regular from being accessed by the admin from the domino administration full access feature

There’s no way to prevent an administrator from opening your mail database with the full access feature.
You can however, turn on encryption for all your mails – this way the administrator will only be able to see the sender/recipients of a mail message and its subject but not its content.
Keep in mind that for this “social” problem (i.e.: the admin reading your mail), there is no technological solution. You or your company trusts the mail administrators enough to give them enough privileges on the machines that host your mail. Keeping them in check is a HR issue, not a Domino issue.
