Using public beta 1 on Ubuntu 8.0.4 (Hardy Heron), I am able to log in and chat with others. However, the integrated presence awareness in my mail file is very spotty. I marked it as intermittent, but it’s more like Almost never. Once in a while I will see one person online in my inbox. A little while later, I will notice that the green box is gone for them.
Our Sametime server is 7.5.1, most users are on a Domino 7.0.3 server, I am on a Domino 8.0.1 server for mail, if it makes any difference.
