After switching the mail template to DWA7, Preferences under Tools has disappeared. It’s still there if we’re in the calendar, but not in mail. Any theories?

I have similar issue on webmail as well. “Security” under Preferences is missing when I upgraded to dwa7. Any idea on this matter?
