A couple of users recently complained that they are not seeing the latest email sent when they first open their inbox. They have their inbox sorted by newest date first. It appears that many times the last email they read is an older email, and when they open Notes it positions them to the last email read instead of at the last email sent to them. When opening their inbox, they would like to be positioned at the top of their inbox without having to scroll. Is their a way to change this behavior?
