With Windows and Linux client, we have always used the port “TCPIP” whereas a Mac client port is named “TCP/IP”… This causes an admin overhead where users use multiple OS’s and preconfiguration of the Notes client when deploying remotely.

that the Mac port has been changed to “TCPIP” in the next public beta. It will continue to work with existing “TCP/IP” connections.
