Pop3

Can anyone shed some light on this?I have users in the directory that logon via pop3, most users can logon using there full name e.g… first last and there password, but some seem reject this, and after watching the server when they try to logon, the prob seems to be that the space is getting dropped, but only for some users, others are fine.

We have got around this be using an alias of first initial_last name, and this seems fine to logon with.

Just anoying that I cannot figure this out, can anyone tell me why this it…

This is just a guess, but have a look at

Tools->Preferences->Mail->Basics->User Security->Your Identity->Your Names

and see if there is any difference there between those users that work and those that don’t.
