Pop3 logon problem

Hi, I got a problem while getting email via BlackBerry.

I think, this is a pop3 problem, so test the connection as show:

user login_name

pass

The error message “-ERR Error. The system was unable to log login_name in.” appeared after press enter follow by the “pass” command.

I have the same problem when using a simple POP3 client.

It had been working fine a Domino 6 server but after upgrading to 7.0.2 (fortunately on a test server) I get

“-ERR Error. The system was unable to log in”

Nothing else was changed other then upgrading to 7.

I find the document with same error “http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21088970” but the solution not fit for me… I don’t have any idea… please help!..

I found that with Domino 7 instead of just using the username, I had to use username@domain.org

Fixed my problem.
