Pop Up window... but with a twist

Hi my first time posting here… but i am really confused how to get this to work

I have a web form that calculates the users name and their account number. When that form is opened on the web i would like to have second form pop up using that information in a URL similar to this

http://SERVER/DATABASE.nsf/(membereditlookup)/USERNAME999999999?EditDocument

I know how to get the info in to the URL using formula but how to get the form to launch automatically? I would need to intermingle script wouldnt I? Or is there another way?

You should be able to use a combination of the onLoad event and javascript HREF functions to launch the new window. You should not have to use LS.
