I have just upgraded to 6.54 and now all messages are held in the mail.box : If i release them, nothing happen. I try to send new message and it is held immediatly !! I don’t know what to do !!!

I have backuped my mail.box and deleted it then I uninstalled ScanMail 3.0 for domino that I had installed just after upgrading to 6.54 then reinstalled scanmail 2.6 and it seems to work but I don’t know what helped…does anyone had problem with trenmicro scanmail for domino 3.0 on 6.54 server ?

Yes I have just had this exact same problem 3 weeks ago. Mine was W2K3 servers (3). Domino would just stop for no reason but the server OS would keep on working. Trend has a Service Pack and hot fix that will fix your problem, well it did for me.Like you I went back to 2.6 all all was fine. Check the below site
