I am a newbie, Please helpme out with this issue, I have created a view with the documents created, I have to send a automated mail selecting those documents that are created in the current date. The probm here is I have created a agent using simple actions to send Newsletter summary of the view. the mail sucessfully goes but it is not aligned properly. since the column names are little larger it is notgetting aligned properly. Is there any way to display each column name in 2 or 3 lines as we do in excel(warp text). or else is there any way to send it as html table format using java or lotus scrit.
Am not too sure about Simple Action agents, but yes - you can send it in html table format using a MIMEEntity object, in a java agent. You have to set the MIME type to text/html.
I dont have any codes for that. Under the simple action menu I have selected the send newsletter summary option and in the below check box which askes for the view name i have selected my view. thats it. I am getting the mail but it is not in a order the rows and column are coming correctly but the column name is not coming properly. it will be very help if could help me in sending the view in a table form will the receiver can understand easily. It will be very helpful if it is possible to send a code (Java or Lotus Script) which can convert and send the view in perect table.
