Pink toolbar icon backgrounds in Mac 8.5.1 client

I have a user running Snow Leopard and Notes 8.5.1. All of their toolbar icons have a pink background (see screenshot link below). I have another user running this same setup and their toolbar icon backgrounds are normal. Tried reinstalling and it didn’t help. Anyone else seen this or have any suggestions for a fix?

Tried querying Notes/Domino Fix list for SPR “SLAE7WVKQM” and no records are found. Also paged through SPRs and didn’t find this one. Can you provide a link to the current status?
