when using Export function to Outlook Express to export Lotus Notes’ Address book i get an error message “cannot create automation object”. export function to Excel works fine.

This might be a daft question to ask, but do you actually have the required version of Outlook Express installed and registered on the machine you’re exporting on?

I don’t know what the correct vs of OE would be, but the one I have is OE 6 (6.0)
