I have a user who added a couple of contacts to his personal address book. When he goes to Select Addresses and selects his personal address book, the newly added names don’t appear for selection. Any ideas?

I’m guessing that perhaps you’re referring to the Select Addresses dialog in the DWA interface? The contact list in the pernab and the contact list in the mailfile, which is what is served up over DWA, do not sync automatically (unless you use either the openntf mail experience template or the R8 client). If my guess is correct, then your user must sync them manually by opening their mailfile and choosing Actions > Synchronize Address Book.

Hi All,
When my user goes to create a new memo in Notes, and then clicks the “Address” button, all she gets is the Blue title line. Nothing under it.
I’ve checked her location doc and that complies to norm, she CAN type a persons name and the lookup works, she just can’t use the address dialogue screen.
Thanks in advance for help or pointing to reference materials to look into.

Not as I understand your posting; it sounds like you’re saying that the entire dialog is empty. And it was again just a guess that the original poster was talking about webmail; that may not be the case.
