I am facing this strange problem. Please help me out.
I have a database with some 15000 master account documents. These documents are referenced when creating a new Main document. I have few lookups/picklist in the main form to select account information from the 15000 documents. When ever i create a new replica or a local copy or another copy of the database or delete the 15000 documents in the original database and recreate it with agent, i am having performance problems. This occurs when i open the main form which has lookups to these 15000 documents. It takes close to 10 mins to open the form. Same with the case of picklist. But this happens only once. Next time when i open the same form it opens fast. Picklist also works fast from next time. But why does it take longer the first time. Deleting these 15000 documents and reloading it occurs once a week. I dont want the users to wait 10 mins everytime the documents are reloaded. I guess i am missing something. Please help me out.
