Performance Issue Lotus SCript LCLSX and MSSQL2005

A customer has a Microsoft SQL 2005 database running under Windows Server 2003. We have developed a synchronisation application to get the data into a notes database. It is realised as a notes agent using the LS Connector LSX. This application runs since several years without any problems under domino 7.02 running on Windows 2000.

Now the customer migrate the Domino server to version 7.03 and change the OS to Windows Server 2003. Now we have a performance issue reading tables. It seems to be depend on the number of fields defined in the table. We have no problems if the table has not more then 10 fields. But if the table has more fields the performance go slow. Running the agent on Domino under Windows 2000 a table which needs 5 Minutes for 20000 data sets needs up to 9 hours under Windows Server 2003 (the same Domino- Server version).

Has anyone an idea?

Thanks for help.

Two things - you may want to post this in the Enterprise forum since it specializes in ‘all things inter database’. If you have code you can post, that would probably be helpful as well. If the code is proprietary, you probably need to at least explain what it’s doing - kind of hard to troubleshoot a problem described as ‘it don’t work, can you fix it?’
