Hi friends,how many pending mails a domino server can hold without affeting the server or upto how much size of pending mails mail.box can hold.

You can set thresholds on this. You can configure the server to not send email unless there are a specific amount. But I have had thousands of email in mail.box without a problem. Remember though the more you have in the mail.box the longer your server is going to need to send all the emails out to their recipients.
