I simply imported the pdfviewer from the marketplace. The attached figure shows the settings I used. The component is set to work online and automatically, so I expect the specified pdf to load: http://www.africau.edu/images/default/sample.pdf. When I try to run the page via the volt mx app by publishing the project, I see a black screen, I don't have any error messages. Can you help me understand? N.B.: The version of IRIS I use is: Version 9 Service Pack 5 Fix Pack 22

What is render type you are using in your controller code?
You need to call the render() API if the render type is manual.
Please confirm.
