Is there a way to disable the [recover password] button that displays when a user enters in a wrong password?

When talking to the support I was told that there is an SPR on this.A so-called “Enhancement request” has been raised.
The content of this request is to remove the Recover-button if you are not using Password Recovery the Notes way.
According to the same support there is no possibility to remove that button.
But I know some of you guys are much better than they are!!
