Password recovery grief

Attempting to recover Notes PW. Have extracted recovery PW, however recovery PW is rejected (“wrong password”). The only nuance to a normal recovery is that we’re attempting to set-up the users on a new PC at the same time (the final part of the install) we’re using the same ID file which was used to generated the recovery PW.

If I’m following - you need to first recover the password on another PC.

Use the Admin Client, Copy the ID locally, Grab the Recovery Password, then Recover the ID file, then copy the ID to the PC to set the user up.
