When we send .tif files from the Konica 7022 printer/scanner to our Notes email accounts, the paperclip does not show on the inbox view. However when we send pdf attachments it shows OK. This appears to be the case for both R651 and 653 clients on r651 server. Any ideas how to resolve?If the email with the .tif is oipened and saved, the attachment paperclip icon appears on the inbox view.

I believe that the code for the view icon looks at attachmentnames and if it contains a tif extension, it will by default show a fax machine icon.
Not sure why saving the email will result in the icon changing to a paperclip though.
Two workarounds:
- Change the design of all of the mailfiles to not show a fax machine icon for a tif extension.
or
- Somehow set the value of a field called _ViewIcon2 or $ContentIcon to 5 prior to the emails appearing in the inbox!
