I have a couple users who are receiving the error (PANIC: Existing named shared memory region size is too small) when they attempt to save a document. There is no code being executed during the save; it could be initiated by ctrl+s, the save button; esc and answering yes to save.
The database was developed on notes 6 and we have recently upgraded the server and these users to notes 7.02. The database hasn’t been compacted under notes 7 yet since we have remote users who need the database and are still using v 6.
I myself cannot duplicate the error on my machine. I thought the only difference was that I did a clean install on my machine with 7 and they were upgraded. But even after doing clean installs on their machines they are getting the error. The error isn’t consistent but happens almost all of the time.
The users are connected to the server, so it’s not a replica database.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get rid of this error?
Thanks
