We’ve recently converted some of our execs from using an outlook calendar to using Notes 6 to sync with their Palm Pilots. These executives usually have several people in our company in their palm, with the person’s home email listed (they have their work email off the names.nsf on the server).
The only issue is now when they type in someone’s name, the look-ahead pulls their pab setting (which normally contains the addressee’s home email address) instead of the email address contained in the server’s names.nsf.
I’d like it to first search the server’s names.nsf and THEN search the pab… it appears that I can only do the reverse of this under the settings in edit,location.
Any ideas?
