Overflow error when deleting notes mail

Domino/Notes Version:
12.02 FP6 / 12.02. FP5

Operating System:
Win 11
Client (Notes, Nomad Web, Nomad Mobile, Android/iOS, browser version):
Notes Standard Client

Users get the overflow error when they try to delete a message in their mail file.
No Acrobat Installed → Addin row in notes.ini not present
Notes.ini BrowserRenderDisable=1 does not help.
I set a notes.exe -rparams -resetconfig -clean, but the error reoccurs after a day.

Any Ideas left?

Hi HWOLF,

You can try deleting the cache.ndk file and other cache files. You may also try renaming your workspace folder to create a new one

If recreating workspace folder won’t work then I suggest that you create a support case so that we can further investigate this as this error can be caused by various factors

thank you for your advices. We have already performed a mailfaile maintentance and a design-replacement.
And we have opened a support case (CS1355066).
