Outlook Connector Vs. DAMO?

I am currently using the Microsoft Outlook Connector for Domino with Outlook 2003 and Lotus Notes 7. I am experiencing the following 3 problems:

  1. Every time I start Outlook, it spends several minutes downloading 450+ calendar items.

  2. If I create a calendar event in Outlook, I do not see it on the Lotus Notes calendar.

  3. If a Lotus Notes user sends me a meeting invite, often times it will create two duplicate calendar items.

Are these bugs or configurations issues? If they are bugs, does the DAMO application resolve them?
