Outlook asks password all the time

in every user outlook 2010 when connecting to pop3 lotus domino pop-up window appears enter the name of use and password and once more asks password

(all users succesifully configured for almost 5 years ago)

and in console i see next error

POP3 Server: Unable to obtain exclusive access to maildrop for

user.

What should i undertakei really cannot get new mail arrived

Please help me what to do or answer where can i find help?

Subject: outlook asks password all the time

One thing I remember having issues with is the user polling too often and/or having too many messages in the inbox - pop3 needs exclusive access to all messages before sending them to the user.
