Outgoing Internet Mail address

I’ve face the problem when user try to send outgoing internet mail to the internet, when mail reach the receiver it show the note mail format ( sssss/ou@domain ) eventhough I try to set the internet address in the user document and also in the name.nsf at the internet address already set to internet format

( ssss@cccc.com )

Please help advise

Try enabling the following field in the server’s configuration settings document:

Already set everything as your recommendation but still the same with lotus note format

Check the MIME/Advanced/Advanced Outbound Message Options/RFC822 phase handling in the configuration settings of your Domino server.

My Domino server setting RFC822 phase handling : use CN as phase

Internet Mail server sends Notes private items in messages:Disable

But still send out with note format

Any item for setting ??

Sorry , where is “global domain document settings for address conversion”
