Some users of our business-partners complain about too small letter size in the history of emails, getting from our domain (they use MS Exchange/Outlook). Is it possible to set up default font type and size in Lotus?

Yes it is possible into the User Preferences. Then, by creating a policy, you should be able to force that.
But the solution should be found on the MS Echange side because of the SMTP Conversion that you’re not responsible for. This means that maybe they have some problems with their conversion.

Can I adjust that part of SMTP conversion which happens on my side? They see small letters in the HISTORY of our mesages, after emails are replied to them. I’m not sure that their server change fonts.
