Outbound email

When sending email to certain address we are receiving back a 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable. I have contacted our ISP, they say nothing wrong, I have contacted the recipient they say nothing wrong. I have checked blacklist for us, nothing. We have 5 addresses we can’t send mail to. Very frustrating. This happened after we switched ISPs. I am not getting any resolution from anyone or help. They all say they are not the problem.

how long does it take for you to get the delivery failure back after sending the e-mail?
