Out Off Office does not work if quota is exceeded

Is there any way to make OOO work without increasing database quota every day?

25.05.2010 13:47:02 Unable to write to database - database L:\lotus\domino\data\mail\uxxx.nsf would exceed its disk quota of 409600 KB by 5 MB.

I am not aware of any way around this if core database quotas feature enabled. User needs to clean up mail file or administrator needs to grant large enough room to allow the OOO service or agent to run until the user returns.
