I have a user who created OOO before he left - resigned from - the company. He is now back to work, for my luck I did not remove his ID, nor his mail.
But after setting up his Lotus the server still sends OOO, and the OOO is not showing in the Actions > Tools menu !
Any help on how to remove the agent ?

With Administrator, select Actions full admin, the open his mail DB, then embeded tools/preferences, and set back ownership to your gone-away-then-came-back user.

Only the owner of the mail database will see the Out of Office option in Tools. Have you tried disabling the OoO agent via Designer?

If you have the ID file and it is the original mail file. Make sure teh mail file owner is your person from the NAB. Now the should see the OOO in ‘Tools’

why do not just delete the nsf file , if user have left the company , then agent will not work
