I am with a problem, my customers who use “lotus Note 7,0” do not obtain to activate the “Out of Office”, but have users that they use the connector of Lotus for Outlook can activate the “Out Of Office”…What can be to originate this problem?

One thing to check is the mail file owner field under “Tools” > “Preferrences”. Make sure that the owner of the mail file is specified correctly. Otherwise, they won’t be able to see the out of office agent dialog. Even admiinistrators with manager access rights won’t be able to see it except with the design client.
