Out of office messages

Hello,

I have an application on a Database which is sendings mail to several people.

The users of this application all use the same ID, which has his own mailbox.

One user creates a new document in the database, in that document a field is automatically created with this ID, and then clics a button which sends the document to a list of other people.

The problem is that all the people from that list who have activated their Out Of Office agent are thus sending the absence message in the mailbox from the user.

I tried to create a field called “$AssistMail” and set it to “1” in the document which is sent, but it still doesn’t work, the mailbox is still full with absence messages.

Has anybody encountered the same problem?
