I have a strange problem with some of our users and their out of office message.
When they have the out of office agent enabled, the message that people receive can be repeated. I can solve it for the user by disabling the out of office and then run load compact -c -i -D, but why is it repeating the message?

HiJust a guess but this sounds like some other agent is modifying the received emails (as the out of office target is “all new and MODIFIED documents”. That would lead to re-sending the ooo message repeatedly.
Other questions would be:
Are you running a cluster environment ?
Do users enable their OOO agents in a local replica ?

Yes we run in a cluster, they enable the agent on one of the servers in the cluster. I haven’t been able to find any other agents but I will keep on looking.
