Out of Office menu Option Not Available

Some of the mail boxes dont have the out of office option in the tools menu in the lotus notes client. The templates are 6.03 and inotes6 templates. Any ideas…?

Have you checked the “This mailfile belongs to:” in the preferences of the users mailfile?

If it doesnt match the users ID file the “OOO” is a “no show”.

Make sure you open it with the owner’s ID.

I am Opening with the Owner ID. checked security and rights as well … no difference…
