User tells me that notes said it emailed noone in their absense. It’s weird because this user got several emails and his out of office was enabled.
Where do I start to troubleshoot this?

Check the agent to make sure it is set to run on the user’s mail server, and not on local and check the log on his home server to see if there were any errors.
