We modified our Out of Office agent to run more frequently than the default is to accomodate our business model. Since then we’ve had problems with the agent not notifying the user to turn off the out of office feature when they return.
Any ideas/suggestions on what to look for in the agent code? The agent itself seems to run fine, we’re just missing this one feature.

Did you modify just the trigger (to what?) or did you modify the code as well?

I just changed the trigger to run every 2hrs as far as I know. Problem is I updated the master template for it so I can just refresh the design and reset it to the out of the box config.

Changing the template is the right way to do this type of change. I can’t think of how changing running from every 6 hours to every 2 hours would effect the “welcome back” message.
