In order to perform investigation, Please follow the below procedure.
Disable the Out of office on respective user’s mailbox.
Run Load updall -r maildb.nsf on respective mail database. This is to expediate the Update.
Once done, please open the mail DB and enable OOO once again.
once done, Run Load updall -r maildb.nsf on respective mail database. This is to expediate the Update.
Please check if OOO is working fine or not.
