I have a user who is trying to edit his out of office message. He makes the changes but they won’t save, it automatically goes back to the default message. I deleted his Out of Office Profile and replaced the design of his mail file but it still won’t work. Any ideas? This is the only person (so far) that has reported this problem.

The administrator don´t change message.

Did you check to make sure his access to his own database is not the problem?

Yes, he has Manager access. Any other thoughts?

Also make sure that he’s listed as the database owner under Tools–>Preferences. IIRC, that has something to do with it as well, although I haven’t actually checked on it.

Subject: I resolved it by uninstalling and reinstalling Notes.
Not the best fix I guess but it worked.
