We have some users having an empty Orient Me homepage. Switching to the Classic Homepage is solving their problem.

Hello Edward,
As you said once you switch back to traditional "classic" home. With that setup, if everything seems to work, so problem is clearly with the Connections Component Pack.
I would request you to please review below technote:

I hope this would help.
Thank you!

Hi Edward Nijboer,
is the issue only in the "Top Updates" or also in the "Latest Updates"?
Please check if all orient.me pods in Kubernetes are "Running".
Best Regards
Max
@Remco Angioni @Martijn de Jong please check these answers to fix the problem
@Edward Nijboer The tricky part of your question is the "some users". Can you elaborate? What are they not seeing? As Max asks, is their problem with the top updates or with the latest updates? The Classic homepage corresponds more to the Latest updates part. Top updates should contain @mentions and items from people or communities which they actively follow. If they're not following anything, that page might be empty.
These people are active Connections users and follow a lot of content
Hi Edward Nijboer,
pls check that all Pods are running in Kubernetes or delete the pods and recreate it.
Have you emptied the message store and created it again?
As soon as the message store has been created, at least "latest updates" would have to be filled with messages.
Best Regards
Max
