Opening the "Agent Properties" dialog box

I’d like to, via an action button in a Notes Db, open the “Agent Properties” dialog box for an Agent in another Notes Db.

Designer Help and this Forum give no hints. I’m looking for something like (the non-existent) @Command[AgentPropertiesOpen]) or @Command([ViewAgents]) to combine with other @Commands.

What is the name of the Agents View in Domino Designer? Maybe programmatically getting a holder to that view could be an approach?
