Is it possible to give authorisation for a person to open other’s calender without giving permission to open the mailbox

yes you can do this through tools>preferences>access and delegation

This just manipulates the ACL. If you have no access but “read public document” in the ACL you will see the calendar but not the emails. You will still get into the inbox but will only see calendar invites etc.

I want to edit, delete, modify others calender(not only to read), without doing the same for mailbox.
