Opening a library in Word prompts for username and password

Hi,

I’m completely new to Domino.Doc. I’ve never used it before and one of my client is having a problem and I don’t know how to solve it. My client had 2 id file in notes with the name mispelled. I deleted the ID files and created a new one with her correct name. Now my client can log in to Notes Client without any problem. But the problem is that when she goes to MSWord and do a File->Open, a screen appears which prompts her to choose a specific library. After that she get prompted for her username and password. I think that Domino.Doc is still using the old ID file and I don’t know how to change the settings so that it accept the new ID file. Does anyone know how to do that? I’m really at a loss since I’ve never used Domino.Doc.

Where does ODMA Desktop Enabler store user’s login/password? How can I edit/change it?

When a user logins using http protocol, does the user login with the Windows username & password or with the Notes username & password?
