Frequenlty I get asked to add someone’s name to the “Open other’s mail” list of a group of people (up to 50 people at a time). The users aren’t capable of going into their own mailbox preferences, so I have to do it… Which can take a damn long time.
Now, I’m no Lotusscrpit / Java / Formula programmer and my attempts to write an agent to go through a list of names and do this fell apart when I realised that I needed to know the mailbox’s actual file name to open the database…
Can anyone help me please? Any pointers on how to go about it???
