I have created a database with the ‘Database Properties Launch’ set to - Open Designated Frameset. This works beatifully except for one user who does not get the frameset loaded. He does however get the default view (which is the same as that set in the frameset). His access control was set to default (designer) as is all other users, but I have changed that to Person, Manager. Still no luck. When I change to his ID on my PC all is OK. When I change to my ID on his PC it still does not work. So it is obviously a setup locally. Does anyone have any ideas.

Usually, going to the Workspace and deleting the database icon will cure any weird start-up problems a user is having (and will kill pulverised private views). Restarting Notes will solve any cache problems, and when the database id reopened from the File menu, all SHOULD be well.
